About the Role

We are seeking a Data Transformation Strategist to accelerate the data transformation of our Asset Management domain. This role involves leading a team of approximately 8 FTEs and collaborating with business stakeholders to form the strategic direction for making our domain more data-driven.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help your team adopt a customer-centric approach, focusing on solving business problems rather than just data solutions.
  • Provide clear direction on our purpose as data and establish boundaries for the teams, allowing them to operate with freedom while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Mature your team in their organizational structure and digital transformation efforts.
  • Foster an organization-wide perspective, bringing best practices from operations into the ASM domain.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience working in a data-centric role connected to Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Advanced analytics, or Innovation.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, managing multiple scrum teams (e.g., product manager, head of product).
  • Experience with data-driven transformation, product management, and product ownership.
  • Experience with fact-based performance management (e.g., steering based on KPIs, using OKRs).
  • A Master's degree or higher in a business or STEM-related field, preferably accompanied by additional education focused on transformation.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary ranging from € 53,770 to € 75,580 gross per year (based on a 36-hour working week), which translates to € 4,478 to € 6,300 gross per month.
  • An 8.33% fixed allowance at the end of the year.
