Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards to track key performance indicators
  • Coordinating with planners and Failure Analysis engineers to identify areas for improvement
  • Reporting and escalating to the management team on operational matters
  • Investigating abnormalities and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Visualizing status updates and maintaining an overview of ongoing actions that influence KPIs
Requirements:
  • Completed HBO education or higher in a technical field
  • Experience with database structures and SQL
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma
  • Good knowledge of the Dutch and English language, both oral and written
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Experience in drawing up and executing business processes
