Skilled Servicedesk Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Servicedesk Specialist to join our team at Jobfinity. As a Servicedesk Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first-line support to our users, working closely with your team to deliver customer-friendly support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st line support to users of the network
  • Work with your team to deliver customer-friendly support
  • Configure and maintain ICT products
  • Provide support for issues with peripheral equipment (printers/scanners/tablet/smartphones)
  • Contribute to migration and installation projects to develop the ICT environment for our clients
  • Document technical information for support and maintenance (e.g. writing user manuals for clients)

Requirements:

  • MBO level 3 or 4 IT diploma
  • Microsoft certification is a plus
  • At least 1 year of recent experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of and experience with: Microsoft Active Directory, Windows 7 and 10, Exchange, Microsoft Office, Citrix, Mobile Device Management (smartphones, tablets, etc.) and workspace management (laptop, pc and thin client)
  • Proactive and flexible attitude
  • Experience with TOPdesk is a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of the Dutch language. You also have a good command of English and German

This is a great flexible assignment. If you want, you can work for two months, but if you like working with Jobfinity, you can also join our team and work on various assignments for our clients in the Nijmegen/Arnhem/Amersfoort region. In addition to your work, we will also provide you with the opportunity to obtain certifications such as MCSA Windows 10, MCSA Office 365, ITIL, etc. We believe that knowledge is valuable and we will help you to obtain these certifications. If you obtain a certification with us, you will receive a nice extra on your salary slip.
