As a key member of the OnLogic team, the Director of Finance will play a crucial role in shaping the company's financial strategy and direction. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to join a dynamic and growing organization.

The Director of Finance will be responsible for leading the finance function, providing strategic guidance, and driving financial performance. Key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing financial plans and strategies to support business growth
• Leading the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and optimize financial performance
• Identifying and mitigating financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Providing financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in an international manufacturing environment
• Strong technical accounting background and knowledge of US & Dutch GAAP
• CPA or MBA preferred
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
