About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Innovation Project Assistant to join our ambitious innovation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of high-end technology to make our operation even more efficient and sustainable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to multiple teams, including project administration, registration for subsidies, and facilitating the onboarding of new colleagues.
- Collaborate closely with innovation managers to ensure they can focus on developing new hardware and software.
- Work closely with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Assist with purchasing and procurement tasks.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Service-minded and proactive with a passion for learning.
- Ability to work in a structured way and attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and IT systems is considered an advantage.
