We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Sustainability Reporting & Assurance team at KPMG-Netherlands. As a Senior Manager, you will play a key role in leading our clients' sustainability assurance and reporting projects, working closely with a diverse range of top-tier national and international clients.
Your Challenges- You will work collaboratively with colleagues from various departments and countries on assignments for multiple international clients.
- You will be responsible for managing teams and overseeing the daily operational management of larger sustainability assurance and reporting projects.
- You will act as a liaison between KPMG and clients, maintaining business contact with various stakeholders.
- You will contribute to business development and conversations with clients on sustainability reporting & assurance topics.
- You will lead teams in which AI-supported tools are increasingly applied in operational tasks.
- You have a strong focus on making a positive impact.
- You hold an academic Master's degree in a relevant field.
- You have a minimum of 8 years of work experience, preferably in assurance and/or ESG.
- You possess fluency in English (both written and verbally).
- You have the ability to coach more junior colleagues.
- You have experience in independently carrying out (assurance) assignments as a team leader and possess consultancy skills.
- You have commercial and conceptual thinking.
- You are able to work under pressure.
