We're a team of motivated individuals who tackle unique technical challenges at scale and solve them as a team.
As a Product Manager in our Global Cards Acquiring team, you'll contribute to our growth by implementing new acquiring connections, the latest payment features, and working with the card networks to accurately review and analyze new specifications and project plans.
Your Responsibilities
- You'll be in charge of projects and deliver product development work with engineers, and you'll be involved in prioritization and planning exercises.
- You'll identify improvements for various transaction flows, and you'll be responsible for getting such changes live for Adyen's merchants.
- You'll communicate with merchants and cooperate with various internal teams at Adyen.
- You'll work with important external stakeholders such as Visa, Mastercard, or local regulators across cultures and time zones.
Your Qualifications
- You have a minimum of 3 years of international working experience in product management.
- You have hands-on experience with Visa and Mastercard payment systems, preferably from an acquiring perspective.
- You can extract the 'bigger picture' out of a complex situation, and balance short-term versus long-term business needs.
- You're data-savvy, and you love to use analysis and data sets to identify improvements on performance or commercial opportunities.
- You're able to structure, deliver, and communicate project plans in cross-functional teams with analysts and software engineers.
