About this role:
In 2022, JET established the global Sales Strategy & Operations department, a high-performance team focused on developing the most effective sales organization in the tech industry.
This experienced Manager Sales Strategy role will analyze sales products and services, define sales channel strategies, and drive SSO planning cadence. Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with global and local sales leadership to prioritize key initiatives
- Establishing sales targets through strategic planning and collaboration
- Independently owning sales strategic business programs from scoping to successful execution
- Defining sales product and service strategies to ensure partner success
- Analyzing sales channel strategies and advising on optimal placement of activities
- Developing sales playbooks to acquire and retain critical partners
- Building executive storylines and presentations for leadership updates
- Leading and coaching a virtual program team in a dynamic matrix organization
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in management consulting, sales strategy, business development, or related fields
- Solid problem-solving skills with data-driven analysis and recommendations
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a sense of urgency
- High energy, autonomy, and resilience with a 'get it done' attitude
- Superb communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders
- Fluent English speaker
