About the Role:
The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a talented Sales Capabilities Manager to join their team. In this role, you will play a critical part in developing and delivering impactful training programs for the global salesforce, ensuring successful adoption of new sales tools and processes, and driving improved sales performance across the diverse product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of sales challenges and opportunities.
- Design and develop sales capabilities agendas tailored to diverse global markets, considering cultural nuances and regional differences in sales environments and consumer preferences.
- Manage external vendors and subject matter experts to craft compelling training materials.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for global sales teams, delivering content in an engaging and informative manner.
- Coach and engage regional sales managers on effectively delivering training programs aligned with Kraft Heinz's specific sales methodologies and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis and feedback collection.
