Global Sales Capabilities Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and articulate individual to join The Kraft Heinz Company as a Global Sales Capabilities Manager. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering impactful training programs for our global salesforce, ensuring successful adoption of new sales tools and processes, and driving improved sales performance across our diverse product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams at Kraft Heinz, including Sales, Capabilities, Category & Marketing, to gain a deep understanding of sales challenges, opportunities, identify purchase journey pain points and develop new sales capabilities and solutions for seamless and efficient interactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and vendors to stay up to date on industry best practices and innovative solutions in the Perfect Path To Purchase (PP2P) landscape.
- Design and develop Sales Capabilities Agenda based on local market's needs – meaning engaging and effective training programs tailored for diverse global markets, considering cultural nuances and regional differences in sales environments and consumer preferences.
- Manage external vendors and subject matter experts to craft compelling training materials, including presentations, case studies, and online learning modules, specifically relevant to Kraft Heinz products and sales strategies.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for global sales teams, delivering content in an engaging and informative manner that fosters knowledge retention and application.
About You:
You will have experience in sales, project management, and collaborating with different stakeholders. A competitive salary and excellent bonus structure (£70,000 - £90,000 per annum), reimbursement travel expenses, and always room for new ideas make us an ambitious employer.
