Global Sales Capabilities Manager

About the Role:
The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Capabilities Manager to play a pivotal role in developing and delivering impactful training programs for our global salesforce.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify sales challenges and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and vendors to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
- Design and develop sales capabilities agendas tailored to diverse global markets.
- Manage external vendors and subject matter experts to craft compelling training materials.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for global sales teams.
- Coach and engage regional sales managers on delivering training programs aligned with Kraft Heinz's specific sales methodologies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis and feedback collection.
- Partner with the Learning & Development team to ensure alignment of training programs with broader organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales and project management.
- Ability to connect with different stakeholders and ensure timeline alignment.
