Global Sales Capabilities Manager

About the Role:
Kraft Heinz is seeking a skilled professional to develop and deliver impactful training programs for its global salesforce, ensuring successful adoption of new sales tools and processes, and driving improved sales performance across its diverse product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of sales challenges, opportunities, and identify purchase journey pain points.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and vendors to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and innovative solutions.
- Design and develop Sales Capabilities Agenda based on local market needs, considering cultural nuances and regional differences in sales environments and consumer preferences.
- Review and select best external vendors to support driving and building sales capabilities programs.
- Manage external vendors and subject matter experts to craft compelling training materials, including presentations, case studies, and online learning modules.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for global sales teams, delivering content in an engaging and informative manner.
- Coach and engage regional sales managers on effectively delivering training programs aligned with Kraft Heinz's specific sales methodologies and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis and feedback collection.

- Ability to connect with different stakeholders and areas to guarantee timeline and alignment.
