About the Role:

Kraft Heinz is seeking a skilled professional to lead the development and delivery of impactful training programs for our global salesforce. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful adoption of new sales tools and processes, driving improved sales performance across our diverse product portfolio, and guiding our global sales organization towards implementing the ideal customer journey across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gain a deep understanding of sales challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners and vendors to stay up to date on industry best practices.
  • Design and develop Sales Capabilities Agenda based on local market needs, considering cultural nuances and regional differences in sales environments and consumer preferences.
  • Review and select best External Vendors to support driving and building the sales capabilities programs.
  • Manage external vendors and subject matter experts to craft compelling training materials.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for global sales teams, delivering content in an engaging and informative manner.
  • Coach and engage regional sales managers on effectively delivering training programs aligned with Kraft Heinz's specific sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis and feedback collection.
  • Partner with the Learning & Development team to ensure alignment of training programs with broader organizational goals and strategic initiatives.

  • Experience in sales and project management.
  • Ability to connect with different stakeholders and areas to guarantee timeline and alignment.
