About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Global Customer Lead to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. As a key member of our Global AFH Capabilities Team, you will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing global customers who can help us achieve our 10-year objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize global customers who can help us achieve our 10-year objectives.
- Prioritize investments globally to drive growth.
- Align and secure consensus from global AFH LT & BU/country AFH leads on the plan.
- Define the WOW to drive action and execution locally both internally and externally for each customer.
- Lead global engagement across all functions externally to build mutually beneficial JVP's.
- Define and measure success criteria and KPI's both globally and locally.
- Define and roll out commercial and execution standards globally.
- Identify and implement contractual standards.
- Ensure global execution with excellence of global brand campaigns with global partners, e.g. Heinz Hospitality.
- Establish a Global AFH Sales team to share best practice and key takeaways.
- Lead AFH sales capabilities globally, assessing sales capabilities, identifying and prioritizing opportunities, and building programs supported by cross-functional teams to drive improvements in key areas.

Requirements
- Skills to build long-term strategic partnerships with existing and new customers.
- Prioritization ability to evaluate opportunities across multiple channels and geographies and use data-driven methodologies to determine where and how to prioritize resources.
- Experience building and executing JVP's in large customers, ideally across multiple markets.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams internally and externally.
- Commercial foresight to establish and track key success criteria and act fast when needed to course correct.
- Bachelor's degree minimum.
