About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned procurement professional to lead our Global Category Management efforts in Marketing. As a key member of our team, you will develop and implement sourcing strategies that drive business value and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic roadmaps to support the delivery of marketing services to our global business
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Global Growth, Media GCOE, Zone CMOs, and Global Marketing leads, as well as external agencies and partners
  • Identify and manage strategic global partnerships, from partner selection through negotiation and contracting
  • Manage performance on financial and media key indicators, ensuring contract compliance with media vendors
  • Develop and attain key performance indicators for implemented strategies
  • Monitor industry trends and generate benchmarking opportunities with industry peers
  • Manage contracts, audit platforms, and partners to ensure compliance and transparency around media spend globally

Requirements:

  • Considerable experience managing marketing and media or commercial procurement related areas, preferably in the CPG industry
  • Strong experience working across multiple regions and markets
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence multiple areas of business and senior stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Organized and able to handle several projects concurrently
  • Experienced team lead with strong ability to learn new technologies and applications
