About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Away From Home Global Customer team. As the Head of Away From Home Global Customer, you will be responsible for developing and executing a global customer strategy that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global customer strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead a team of customer-facing professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs and opportunities
  • Develop and manage customer relationships to drive business growth and customer loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and metrics to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a global or international context
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and metrics to inform business decisions
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
