Job Title: Head of Away From Home Global Customer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Global Customer team. As the Head of Away From Home Global Customer, you will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing global customers who can help us unlock our 10-year objectives. You will work closely with the Global AFH Capabilities Team to drive growth and develop a comprehensive plan to achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize global customers who can help us unlock our 10-year objectives
- Develop a comprehensive plan to drive growth and achieve our goals
- Work closely with the Global AFH Capabilities Team to align and secure consensus on the plan
- Define and measure success criteria and KPIs globally and locally
- Develop and implement commercial and execution standards globally
- Identify and implement contractual standards
- Lead global engagement across all functions externally to build mutually beneficial JVPs
- Establish a Global AFH Sales team to share best practices and key takeaways
- Lead AFH sales capabilities globally, assessing sales capabilities, identifying and prioritizing opportunities, and building programs supported by cross-functional teams to drive improvements in key areas
Requirements:
- Skills to build long-term strategic partnerships with existing and new customers
- Prioritization ability to evaluate opportunities across multiple channels and geographies and use data-driven methodologies to determine where and how to prioritize resources
- Experience building and executing JVPs in large customers, ideally across multiple markets
- Experience working with cross-functional teams internally and externally
- Commercial foresight to establish and track key success criteria and act fast when needed to course correct
- Bachelor's degree minimum
