About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Global Customer team. As the Head of Global Customer, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive customer strategy that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize global customers who can help us achieve our business objectives.
  • Develop and implement a customer engagement strategy that drives growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer-facing programs and initiatives.
  • Measure and report on customer satisfaction and loyalty metrics.
  • Collaborate with global sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive customer growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer strategy and development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
