About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as the Head of Global Customer Experience. This is a unique opportunity to lead our global customer strategy and drive business growth through exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global customer strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver customer experiences that drive loyalty and retention.
  • Collaborate with global partners to identify and prioritize customer needs and opportunities.
  • Measure and analyze customer feedback and data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer strategy and experience development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
