The Role

We're seeking a seasoned leader to join our Strategy & Execution team as Head of Strategy and Execution. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our global strategy and driving its execution. You'll work closely with our global leadership team and management board to develop and implement strategic plans, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our global organization and leverage that knowledge to identify areas for structural change
  • Lead a high-performing team of individual contributors, guiding them to success in their focus areas
  • Facilitate and refine our strategic development process, ensuring alignment across the organization and sufficient capability to execute
  • Collaborate with teams globally to sharpen strategy, providing a healthy balance of structure and direction while maintaining flexibility and speed
  • Drive transformation and change throughout the organization, working closely with HR, Communications, leadership, and key stakeholders to communicate strategic direction
  • Embark on data-driven initiatives, serving as an ambassador for embedding data-based ways of working

Your Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience in managing complex projects or programs, strategy consulting, or held roles such as Chief Strategy Officer, Director of Strategy, General Manager
  • Proven track record of leading senior individual contributors and developing high-performing teams
  • Comfort navigating complexity and ambiguity, with a natural ability to simplify and clarify while adapting swiftly as needed
  • Natural curiosity, tackling difficult questions with enthusiasm and breaking down complex challenges into actionable solutions
  • Excellent people and relationship building skills, influencing and collaborating with senior stakeholders and colleagues across all levels of the company
  • Strong team player, driving success collaboratively with others
  • Strong affinity for numbers, approaching broad questions, planning execution, and tracking impact with an analytical mindset
