We are seeking a Director of Product Management to play a pivotal role in our mission to shape a #CyberFit future.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the comprehensive vision and market entry strategy for Acronis' cybersecurity offerings, including endpoint security, EDR/XDR, and Email Security.
- Work in tandem with product marketing to enhance messaging and content, support the Acronis sales force, and deliver effective positioning, pricing, and packaging strategies.
- Lead the development and execution of a cross-product integration strategy, ensuring alignment across engineering, sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate product visions into actionable roadmaps and release schedules, while monitoring key performance indicators and timelines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish measurable objectives for your teams and consistently track and report on progress.
- Recruit, build, and manage a diverse team of dedicated product and program managers focused on cybersecurity solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Over 10 years of demonstrated experience in a Product Management capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity products and current trends; relevant cybersecurity certifications are advantageous, with experience in a cybersecurity organization preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience managing cross-functional teams across various geographical locations.
- Proven track record in team building, including recruitment and organizational design decisions.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects involving multiple engineering teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey a compelling vision.
- Familiarity with the service provider market is a plus.
