Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the comprehensive vision and market entry strategy for Acronis' cybersecurity offerings, including endpoint security, EDR/XDR, and Email Security.
- Collaborate with product marketing to enhance messaging and content development, empower the Acronis sales force, and establish effective positioning, pricing, and packaging.
- Lead discrete elements of a cross-product integration strategy across all functions—engineering, sales, marketing, and product.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure business objectives are captured, translating product visions into actionable roadmaps and release schedules while monitoring key performance indicators and timelines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish measurable outcomes for your teams and consistently track and report on progress.
- Recruit, build, and manage a diverse team of dedicated product and program managers focused on cybersecurity solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Over 10 years of demonstrated experience in a Product Management capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity products and emerging trends; relevant cybersecurity certifications are advantageous, and experience within a cybersecurity firm is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience managing geographically dispersed cross-functional teams (including direct reports and daily stakeholders).
- Proven track record in team building, including decision-making on recruitment and organizational structure.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration on large-scale projects involving multiple engineering teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey a compelling vision.
- Familiarity with the service provider market is a plus.
