Senior Consultant Strategy Execution

**Your Role**
As a skilled (senior) consultant, you will take ownership for project delivery for multiple projects. Your mission: together with the project lead, you will serve our clients by realizing high-quality execution within set time frames and budgets. Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading projects, developing project plans, and managing all phases of project execution.
• Advising senior management and answering to stakeholders and SteerCo.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and delivering solutions to any challenges that arise.
• Leading a team of consultants and business experts, sharing best practices and acting as a sparring partner for colleagues within SE&I.
• Organizing and chairing meetings between key project stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment and effective decision making.
• Monitoring progress against project timelines and tracking project risks and issues, dependencies on other programmes, business-as-usual activities, and interdependencies between workstreams.
• Reporting project progress and risks to the client.

**What We Offer**
We offer a competitive salary (min. Eur. 5,847 – max. Eur. 9,704) based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. A 40-hour work week is also possible. The salary range is broad due to a combined scale; actual placement is determined upon offer, based on your knowledge, experience, and potential. Additionally, we offer a personal development budget of €1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to €3,000. You will also have the option to work from home (in consultation with your team) and enjoy an annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands. An excellent pension scheme is also included.
