About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant to join our Strategy Execution & Implementation team at ABN AMRO Bank. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for executing and leading complex change projects that drive the bank's strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from start to finish, developing project plans and managing all phases of project execution.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for senior management and stakeholders, providing expert guidance on project delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategic changes and projects/programmes, ensuring effective execution and stakeholder management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and exceed client expectations.
  • Provide expert advice on complex matters, coordinating how they are dealt with to achieve business objectives.
About the Team

The Strategy Execution & Implementation team is part of ABN AMRO's Consultancy Expertise. Our team delivers impactful change projects that contribute to the bank-wide strategy. We offer a range of services, including Data & Credits Consultancy, Digital & Payments Consultancy, Sustainability Consultancy, Regulatory & Compliance Consultancy, Organizational Change & Growth Consultancy, and Sales & Operational Excellence Consultancy.

Requirements
  • A university-level education with 10+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in consultancy.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with experience in project/programme management.
  • Highly experienced in stakeholder management on the most senior level.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Dutch is a must.
What We Offer
  • A competitive gross monthly salary (min. Eur. 7.896 – max. Eur. 13.224), based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
  • A Benefit Budget of 11% of your salary, allowing you to acquire additional employment benefits.
  • Five weeks of vacation per year, with the option to purchase an additional four weeks.
  • A personal development budget of € 1,000 per year, which can be accumulated up to € 3,000.
