Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing key growth sales tactics and action plans to drive sales revenue and achieve various ROI and KPIs. They will be well-versed in luxury consumer electronics and accessories, ensuring global alignment and brand compliance for all sales-related activities, projects, and campaigns.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships in luxury brand sectors, partnering with distributors and international customers to understand their business needs and objectives, and effectively communicating the value proposition through proposals and presentations.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving growth and hitting/exceeding annual and monthly sales targets, establishing business development and sales strategies for global markets, and conducting global market research and regularly sharing insights with the sales and marketing teams.

Additionally, they will analyze consumer behaviors and attitudes to forecast future sales trends in the luxury consumer electronics market and stay current on market trends, consumer and product research, and industry best practices.

Requirements
  • Must be based in Amsterdam or the Randstad region
  • Must be fluent in English with strong reading, speaking, and writing skills
  • Must have a valid Dutch working permit
  • Proven work experience in sales and business development of luxury consumer electronics and accessories
  • Experience in conducting market research and developing sales strategies of luxury consumer electronics and accessories in global markets
  • Fluency in German, French, and Dutch would be highly desirable
  • Must be able to travel to tradeshows in the US, EU, and Asia
  • Strong communication, sales, project management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in sales, budgeting and forecasting, working with distributors, as well as conflict management and business negotiation processes

A full-time position at our office located at Singel 250, Amsterdam, based on a 40-hour workweek.
