As a Manager of Global Sales Initiatives, you'll be responsible for analyzing our sales products and services, defining our sales channel strategy, and developing a partner segmentation approach. You'll work closely with our global and local sales leadership teams to prioritize key initiatives and drive sales performance.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to own a portfolio of sales strategic business programs, from scoping to successful execution. You'll define a sales product and service strategy, analyze our sales channel strategy, and develop a sales playbook to acquire and lock-in our most critical partners.

You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Services.

**Requirements:**

* Extensive experience in Management Consulting, Sales Strategy, Business Development, or related fields
* Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex problems and come up with recommendations
* Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands
* High energy, autonomy, and resilience with a "Get it done" attitude
* Superb communication and presentation skills
* Proven ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders
