Sales Strategy and Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities:
The Global Sales Strategy and Operations Team is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of JET's Global Sales Organisation. As Manager Sales Incentives, you will play a critical role in shaping and elevating our global sales incentive strategy. Your responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with Sales Leadership, Country leaders, HR, and Finance to optimize our global incentive program and drive its roll-out to all markets;
- Managing and coaching a team of 5 global incentive specialists;
- Leading the incentive team in calculating and processing incentive payments to ensure an accurate and timely payout;
- Forecasting payouts and reporting regularly to senior leadership;
- Making recommendations to drive the effectiveness of the incentive plan;
- Resolving issues using a data-driven approach;
- Leading key initiatives to continuously improve the sales incentive process, by identifying best practices across markets and/or opportunities for automation;
- Writing and maintaining operational playbooks and communicating clearly on the incentive policy, terms & conditions to address any sales questions/issues.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in successfully running incentive programs at multinational organizations at a global scale;
- Experience with sales incentive tooling like Salesforce, Xactly, Anaplan, etc;
- Ability to pivot between sales strategy and critical detail where needed;
- Strong technical/analytical skills, with an affinity for advanced data modeling and next-generation data management;
- Possess the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, performing well under pressure;
- Strong executive communication and interpersonal skills.
