Renewal Sales Team Manager

Palo Alto Networks is scaling its world-class strategy organization and looking for a Team Manager in the area of security services. The company is seeking a leader who can drive innovation and growth in the security services space.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of experience in managing diverse enterprise renewals/sales teams, leading 8-15 people, and hiring, developing, and retaining talent. They will also have a proven track record of consistently achieving renewal/sales team goals through their leadership.
The Team Manager will be responsible for managing the overall day-to-day renewal operations of assigned direct reports and districts/regions in the EMEAL regions. They will motivate their direct reports to drive pipeline development and revenues through renewal sales efforts leveraging the partner network.
The Team Manager will also be responsible for coaching and developing subordinates, supervising and assisting direct reports on large deals through to completion, evaluating and documenting direct reports based on Key Metrics and goals set by Leadership, and providing accurate, ongoing reporting through the continuous update and maintenance of necessary reports in and other tools and applications.
The Team Manager will collaborate with Sales Leaders to identify strategies to achieve sales goals and uncover new, high-value opportunities alongside renewals. They will also provide support for renewal escalations and assigned districts.
Qualifications- At least 3+ years of experience in managing diverse enterprise renewals/sales teams
- At least 3+ years of experience in leading 8-15 people, in the office and remote work environments
- At least 3+ years of experience in hiring, developing, and retaining talent
- Proven experience with channel/partner sales models renewals/upsells
- Proven to consistently achieve renewal/sales team goals through their leadership
- Proven ability to learn new technology quickly, as well as adapt to changing needs
- Excellent communication skills; the ability to build cross-functional relationships
- Strong organizational and analytical skills - the ability to work on many projects concurrently
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and skills
