At Adobe, we're on a mission to empower individuals and organizations to create exceptional digital experiences. We're seeking a highly motivated and professional Inside/Contract Renewal Sales Representative to join our Digital Media business in Amsterdam.
The Opportunity
As a key member of our Benelux Renewal Inside Sales function, you'll be responsible for driving Adobe Digital Media sales on a portfolio of Enterprise customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. You'll work closely with our Sales Manager and Senior Account Executives to achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas, ensuring growth on renewals and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Achieve/exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
- Ensure growth on renewals and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Plan and prioritize sales activities, including pro-active prospecting, targeted sales campaigns, and face-to-face customer meetings
- Negotiate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the sales process
- Deliver online or face-to-face presentations and demonstrations, coordinating internal resources as needed
- Support or drive the sales process up to closing on agreed opportunities
- Create upsell and cross-sell opportunities across customer sets, leveraging Sales Specialist and Solution Consultant resources
- Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners
- Represent the company to customers and customers to the company in all sales-oriented activities
- Use analytical and selling skills to understand customer needs and create a unique value proposition
- Maintain and develop existing customers to optimize quality of customer engagement and experience
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, providing relevant feedback
What You Need to Succeed
- 3-5 years of successful business-to-business development or sales experience, ideally in SAAS companies
- Understanding of the end-to-end value-based sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Ability to call within all levels of an organization, identifying decision makers, and building long-term customer relationships
- Highly motivated and professional with excellent communication skills, confident and goal-oriented
- Ability to build pipeline through individual prospecting, lead qualifying, and cross-selling/up-selling into our customer base
- High ethics, integrity, and humility with a desire to operate as part of a team
- Ability to challenge the status quo to help drive innovation across the business
- Ability to work in Dutch and English, with French as a plus but not required
