Are you looking for a new challenge in sales? We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our Digital Inside Sales team at Adecco. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing a high volume of accounts and growing revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurture a high volume of accounts and grow revenue through upsell and cross-sell opportunities;
- Track and analyze data to communicate insights to the sales team and identify business trends;
- Work with client business segments to handle small to medium-sized opportunities and lead qualification;
What We Offer:
- A salary between €15 and €16 gross an hour;
- A performance bonus up to 15% of your salary;

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in sales or lead generation;
- Language(s) Required: German - minimum level C1 required;
- Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling;
- Has quota-based sales experience with sales impact on performance, quota attainment, and promotion;
