Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our team in the Netherlands. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for delivering volume, distribution, and activations in the market.

Responsibilities

  1. Participate with the Regional Sales Manager in the development and execution of annual sales plans for assigned geographic territories.
  2. Manage Company brand portfolios in The Netherlands, travel within territories to actively engage accounts.
  3. Call on and activate accounts on-premise low > high energy including nightlife scenes and off-premise including RIT/independent liquor stores in the market under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager and importer Sales Managers/Reps.
  4. Ensure the planning and implementation of sales programming in the market.
  5. Create and implement creative programs to activate consumers, including product sampling and demos in both off-premise (supermarkets) and on-premise (hospitality industry).
  6. Actively develop and manage relationships with importer personnel i.e., MDs, Marketing Teams, Sales Managers/Reps.
  7. Support the Regional Sales Manager in the development and efficient management of all sales budgets.
  8. Manage Company brand portfolios within assigned geographies. Ensure proper management of depletions and inventory by SKU (prevent out-of-stocks and plan for future growth).
  9. Ensure the planning and execution of price structures in the market.
  10. Ensure POS and other marketing assets are utilized in the field with correct programs.
  11. Participate in the development of program-specific POS.
  12. Spend time each month surveying the market to ensure that distribution, pricing, POS, displays, programs, menus, and ads are executed to standard.
  13. Travel when appropriate to observe business conditions and call on key buyers, distributor personnel, interact, and work with Company sales personnel.
  14. Participate in importer planning and sales meetings.
  15. Ensure all Company SKUs are positioned properly and within defined standards.
