As a Digital Sales Representative for Benelux, you will play a critical role in driving our sales strategy and expanding our digital offerings in the region. You will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and executing our sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for our digital solutions, providing guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Reach annual sales goals and utilization growth targets for the assigned territory.
  • Ensure the implementation of our sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales account management.
  • Follow up and ensure success in closed deals, including project implementation and onboarding.
  • Execute our digital sales processes and manage administrative tasks, including regular reporting and forecasting.
  • Drive customer and account relations expansion through collaboration with sales leadership and marketing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; engineering or medical background preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in medical devices, with 2+ years in procedural or healthcare software.
  • Success in introducing new technologies to the market and excellent selling skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex IT environments to different audiences and fluency in Dutch and English, with French as a plus.
  • Travel required up to 70% (domestic, regional, and international).
