Overview of the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Sales Representative to join our team in the Benelux region. As a key player in our sales strategy, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and driving growth in this exciting market.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital technologies, excellent selling skills, and the ability to quickly build credibility with our highly educated customer base. You will be responsible for executing our sales process from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales account management. Your primary focus will be on embracing our Digital Solutions and driving further expansion of our digital offering in the Benelux region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for our digital solutions
  • Responsible for reaching annual sales goals and utilization growth targets for the assigned territory
  • Ensure implementation of the sales process from lead generation to closing the deal and post-sales account management
  • Follow up and assure success in closed deals (project implementation & onboarding)
  • Execute the Digital sales processes
  • Manage administrative tasks: regular reporting and forecasting of sales activities and sales pipeline, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years of sales experience in medical devices
  • 2+ years' experience in procedural / Or healthcare software preferred
  • Success in introducing new technologies to the market
  • Excellent selling skills and ability to quickly build credibility with a highly educated customer base
  • Result-driven with a strong sense of accountability
  • Knowledge of the Operating Room environment with deep understanding of clinical workflows in the OR (MIS Surgery, Endoscopy) and of the hospital IT and EMR / PACS markets
  • Ability to make communicate complex IT environments to different audiences
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. The salary is based on the local market conditions and your level of expertise.
