About the Role
Edgewell Personal Care Brands, LLC is seeking an experienced Sales professional to join our global team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering channel and customer account growth plans in the Benelux region.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Key Account Director, you will own the P&L for major national key accounts, ensure established sales targets are met in a cost-effective manner, and implement customer-specific listing and promotion plans. You will also achieve annual business plan and forecasting through proactive measures with existing customers as assigned.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with significant experience at National Account or Channel/Customer Lead level. Key skills and experience include:
- Experience of managing key customer accounts within FMCG/Cosmetics or Personal Care for major Benelux retailers.
- Significant commercial experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Category Management, or Purchasing.
- Experience of private label and branded products.
- Understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) management.
- Strong communication/presentation skills, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
- Excellent account management, organisation, and planning skills.
- Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
