About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Sales team in the Benelux region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, driving individual performance, and fostering a collaborative team spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive incremental revenue growth.
- Communicate the Celonis industry-specific value proposition to customers and partners through proposals and presentations.
