Sales Director, Benelux Region

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our Enterprise Sales team in the Netherlands. As a key member of our Sales organization, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and developing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the Benelux region.
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure individual and team success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong background in enterprise sales and account management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to inform sales strategies.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
