We're looking for a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Benelux region and drive the execution of our sales and marketing strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the Benelux region.
• Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key customers and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with our overall business strategy.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
• Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and partners across the region.
