Sales Director, Benelux Region

We're looking for a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Benelux region. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Netherlands.

The Role:

The Sales Director will manage a team of sales professionals, developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Benelux region
  • Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven sales leadership experience, with a track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
