About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Professional to join our team in the Benelux region. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for planning and delivering channel and customer account growth plans in 2024 and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Key Account Director, you will own the P&L for major national key accounts as if it were your own.
- Ensure that established sales targets are met in a cost-effective manner.
- Implement customer specific listing and promotion plans.
- Manage/establish pricing to trade to ensure compliance with agreed local and European pricing and profitability guidelines.
Requirements
- Significant commercial experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Category Management or Purchasing.
- Experience of managing key customer accounts within FMCG/Cosmetics or Personal Care for major Benelux retailers.
- Understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) management.
- Strong communication/presentation skills, negotiation and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
