We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Professional to join our team at Tiger Resourcing Group. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the bus industry, specifically in the Benelux region, and will be able to manage key sales activities, grow sales, and build relationships with local public transport authorities. A competitive salary package is available, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage key sales activities in the Benelux region, engaging with major bus operators, bus builders, and system integrators.
  • Grow sales by winning new customers and promoting new products as they become available.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local public transport authorities (PTAs).
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the UK to manage project implementations in Benelux.
  • Stay informed of local public transport trends and regulations relating to passenger information systems.
  • Travel throughout the Benelux region to promote, sell, and support products to new and existing customers.
  • Conduct sales visits, product demonstrations, and handle sales inquiries.
  • Assist with technical support, customer training, and basic troubleshooting when required.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience and knowledge of the bus industries in Belgium, The Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage well with customers and partners.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • IT proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing workloads effectively.

Desired Skills (but not mandatory):

  • Well-established contacts within the national bus industries, particularly with major bus operators.
  • Basic understanding of electronics and on-vehicle electrical systems (troubleshooting, software/hardware), with experience in serial and Ethernet communications or ITxPT networks being a plus.
