About the Role

Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, Dutch Branch - F92 is seeking a skilled Senior Database Sales Professional to drive revenue growth and adoption of our comprehensive portfolio of database solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and articulating compelling value propositions around database solutions, driving revenue and market share, and managing end-to-end commercial processes.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in database sales, a technical understanding, and experience interacting with developers and technical architects.

Our ideal candidate will have experience driving revenue and market share for AWS Database services in a defined territory or industry vertical, meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Database Sales Professional, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and articulating compelling value propositions around database solutions
  • Driving revenue and market share for AWS Database services in a defined territory or industry vertical
  • Managing end-to-end commercial processes, engaging Solutions Architects, Professional Services, and other stakeholders as needed
  • Managing a robust and accurate pipeline and forecast, developing long-term strategic relationships with key accounts


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in database sales
  • A technical understanding and experience interacting with developers and technical architects
  • Experience driving revenue and market share for AWS Database services in a defined territory or industry vertical
  • Excellent communication abilities and adept problem-solving skills
