Account Director for Benelux Region

About the Role:
Tiger Resourcing Group is seeking a highly experienced Account Director to lead our sales efforts in the Benelux region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our market share and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key sales activities in the Benelux region, engaging with major bus operators, bus builders, and system integrators.
- Grow sales by winning new customers and promoting new products as they become available.
- Build and maintain relationships with local public transport authorities (PTAs).
- Collaborate with colleagues in the UK to manage project implementations in Benelux.
- Stay informed of local public transport trends and regulations relating to passenger information systems.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience and knowledge of the bus industries in Belgium, The Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
- Previous experience in sales or customer management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage well with customers and partners.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- IT proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Desired Skills:
- Well-established contacts within the national bus industries, particularly with major bus operators.
- Basic understanding of electronics and on-vehicle electrical systems (troubleshooting, software/hardware), with experience in serial and Ethernet communications or ITxPT networks being a plus.
