About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tour Director to lead our tours in the Benelux region. As a Tour Director, you will be responsible for educating travellers about the places and sites included on your tour, managing tour logistics, connecting with travellers, and ensuring the safety of all your travellers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging tour content that showcases the best of the Benelux region
  • Manage tour finances, including budgeting and expense tracking
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure seamless tour operations
  • Facilitate inclusive and respectful tour environments for all travellers
  • Represent EF Education First in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Ability to travel freely throughout the European Union and enter the United Kingdom without a VISA
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for travel and education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resilience and a 'nothing-is-impossible' attitude
Preferred Qualifications
  • Destination knowledge of the Benelux region, France, and/or the United Kingdom
  • Understanding of North American culture
  • A second European language (preferably French)
  • Experience leading groups or as a group leader
