Business Unit Director - BeNeLux

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Unit Director to lead our BeNeLux operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for building and growing our business in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for BeNeLux, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team of professionals to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure the business is operating within established parameters.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers, to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in a business development or leadership role, with a strong understanding of the BeNeLux market.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with a strong understanding of the local business culture and customs.
