Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Unit Manager to lead our E2M division. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, optimizing portfolios, and developing strong teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive 80/20 FTB implementation for E2M
- Continue to optimize broad portfolio of standard and engineered solutions
- Deliver strong business results
- Develop and drive commercial success
- Build and develop a Diverse Talent Pipeline
- Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, execution, ownership & accountability that is fully assimilated to the ITW Culture and Values
- Foster an environment that promotes safety, profitable growth, engagement and inclusion
- Position E2M to capture future Certified Flight growth
- Execute key Customer Back Innovation projects
Requirements
- Strategic Thinking - proven ability to define and execute short- and long-term strategies for complex, global capital equipment business
- Business Acumen – P&L experience, commercial experience selling and delivering complex technical solutions, experience managing risk
- Strong Talent Leader – proven ability to develop and build strong teams, including developing strong talent leaders across the business
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leveraging 80/20 FTB to define and execute strategic plans
- Demonstrated success building strong followership in a post-acquisition environment, and effectively driving a cultural change at all levels in the organization
- Knowledge and curiosity of technical products
