Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager – Retail Channels to lead our expansion efforts in the Benelux region.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in key account management, retail sales, and partnership development to drive business growth in the Benelux market.
Your primary focus will be on:
- Identifying new retail opportunities, negotiating terms, and expanding presence in existing and new retail channels.
- Developing and managing relationships with key retail partners, including large camera retailers and e-commerce platforms.
- Crafting and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to increase the presence and sales of action camera products.
- Working closely with retail partners to develop joint marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
- Monitoring and analyzing sales data, market trends, and competitor activities, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.
- Staying updated on the latest action camera products and trends, providing partners with product training and support.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and delivery of products.
You will be responsible for building a strong network within the Benelux camera retail market, leveraging your knowledge of camera products and interest in new technology to drive business growth.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in key account management or retail sales, preferably in the tech or camera industry.
- Native Dutch language skills and fluency in English, with other European languages being a bonus.
- An established network within the Benelux camera retail market.
- A proven track record in growing sales and expanding market presence through retail channels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting partnerships.
- Tech-savviness, with knowledge of camera products and an interest in new technology.
- Flexibility, with a willingness to travel within the Benelux region and attend industry events as needed.
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a passion for business development, partnership-building, and sales growth.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and bonuses.
