Job Summary

EF Education First is seeking a Freelance Tour Director to lead tours of 7 to 31 days in length, primarily in the Benelux region, France, and the United Kingdom. As a Tour Director, you will be responsible for educating travellers about the places and sites included on your tour, managing tour logistics, connecting with travellers, and ensuring the safety of all your travellers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver engaging educational content to travellers
  • Manage tour finances and administration
  • Build strong relationships with travellers and suppliers
  • Facilitate inclusive and fun tour experiences
  • Represent EF Education First while on tour

Requirements
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Ability to travel freely throughout the European Union and enter the United Kingdom without a VISA
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for travel and education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Destination knowledge of the Benelux region, France, and/or the United Kingdom
  • Understanding of North American culture
  • Experience leading groups or as a group leader
