Strategic Partnerships Director

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Commercial Partnerships Manager to join our Global Sales Organisation, specifically the Global Commercial Strategy Team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with high-profile organisations, identifying and executing mutually beneficial partnerships that align with the company's goals and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential partners through research and analysis, targeting companies offering complementary products or services;
- Negotiate and close deals, developing proposals, contracts, revenue models, and performance metrics;
- Manage and grow partnerships, ensuring effective implementation and monitoring of partnership performance, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement or expansion;
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in the partnership field, applying knowledge to drive business growth and success.
Requirements:
- Extensive enterprise sales and/or business development experience, ideally with a background in strategy consulting;
- Experience working at a tech company is highly valued;
- Proven ability to develop partnerships with leading companies, such as Amazon;
- Strong knowledge of platform players and opportunities for creating meaningful collaborations;
- Skilled in building and executing strategic plans and playbooks;
- Able to think critically, independently, and proactively, with a strong understanding of complex problems and data-driven analysis;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity, demonstrating resilience and a 'get it done' attitude;
- A great communicator, able to adapt to different audiences and functions in a multinational environment.
What We Offer:
