Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Director to join our Partnerships team in Amsterdam. As a Key Account Director, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with financial intermediaries and strategic partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role

  • Develop a network of intermediaries through market research and cold calling to leverage maximum revenue potential.
  • Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions to help grow our partners' businesses.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities to fuel up-market growth.
  • Lead demand generation and campaigns from conception to launch.
  • Engage in all steps of the Sales Cycle to ensure smooth Pipeline Progression to maximise results.

About You

  • Enjoy building new relationships with a client acquisition mindset.
  • Interested in the financial markets, ideally with a financial background.
  • Excellent communication and social skills: face-to-face, via telephone and email.
  • Experience in B2B partner-facing (or client-facing) function, ideally in the financial services or technology industry.
  • Experience in enterprise software sales would be advantageous, particularly with a focus on the Accountancy or Financial Services markets.
  • Structured approach to conduct market research, planning and organisation skills.
  • Passion for creatively solving problems and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and assess new opportunities based on customer and market need, economics, technological capabilities and competitive environment.
  • Business fluent in English and Dutch.
