Strategic Partnerships Manager

As our Corporate Commercial Partnerships Manager, you will be part of the Global Commercial Strategy Team, which sits within the Global Sales Organisation. You will be building and managing strategic relationships with other high-profile organisations. This role is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and executing mutually beneficial partnerships that create value for both parties and align with the company's goals and vision. Your ability to deal with senior (internal & external) stakeholders will be crucial in bringing the partnerships to the next level. With your business knowledge and interpersonal skills, you'll develop existing partnerships and start new ones from scratch.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify potential partners - Research and identify potential partners that offer complementary products, services, or audiences to the company;
- Negotiate and close deals - Once a potential partner is identified, you need to initiate and maintain contact, pitch the partnership idea, and negotiate the terms and conditions of the deal. This could involve creating proposals, contracts, revenue models, and performance metrics;
- Manage and grow partnerships - After a deal is closed, you need to ensure that the partnership is implemented and executed effectively. You also monitor and evaluate the partnership's performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement or expansion;
- Stay updated and informed - Finally, you need to stay updated and informed about the latest trends, developments, and best practices in the partnership field.
What we're looking for:
- Extensive enterprise sales and/or business development experience, ideally with a background in Strategy Consulting;
- Experience with working at a tech company is a big plus;
- Proven ability in developing partnerships with companies such as Amazon is highly advantageous;
- Great knowledge of platform players and the opportunities in partnerships to create meaningful collaborations for both sides;
- Skilled in building and executing strategic plans and playbooks;
- Independent thinker, proactive, able to see the big picture, think 'one step ahead';
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, conduct data-driven analysis and come up with recommendations;
- Comfortable working with ambiguity within a fast-paced environment;
- High energy, autonomy and resilience with a 'Get it done' attitude;
- A great communicator and able to adapt to different audiences in a multinational environment across different functions.
